MiniMax publishes open weights for MiniMax-M3.1-Flash, a 428B MoE agent model with 1M context

You can now download MiniMax-M3.1-Flash on Hugging Face. It has about 428B total parameters with 23B active per token, takes text, image, and video input, and has a context window of up to 1M tokens. MiniMax pitches it for coding, agentic workflows, and computer use, and its own model card lists 73.7% on DeepSWE v1.1 and 61.7 on OSWorld 2.0. vLLM had serving support on day 0. If you run agents on self-hosted models, it's a big new option worth testing. Just keep in mind that MiniMax ran these benchmarks itself.
