Cresta announced on October 29 that developers can now build, test, deploy, and improve customer-facing AI agents on its platform on their own. With Cresta Conductor, which is built on the Claude Agent SDK, agents live in your own repo and CI/CD pipeline. Conductor supports the open Agent Skills standard, so skills written for coding assistants carry over. The Cresta AI Agent SDK handles custom code in standard Python. Releases can send a share of conversations to a new version, A/B test versions, and roll back, and builder and reviewer permissions control who can change each agent. Cresta also launched Cresta Academy to train and certify customer and partner engineers.
