Cartesia launched Managed Agents on October 29. It's an end-to-end platform for enterprise voice agents that pairs its own voice models with the agent harness. It includes telephony, knowledge bases, tool calls into your APIs and CRM during a call, and outbound calling campaigns. Cartesia says it ranks first at launch on Artificial Analysis's Speech Agent Arena and on ServiceNow's EVA-Bench. Agents can be built in 44 languages and switch between English, Spanish, Hindi, French, and Japanese mid-call, with the rest coming soon. Cartesia says the platform has already handled tens of millions of conversations in finance, retail, hospitality, and healthcare.
