An agent's instructions, tools, and triggers now live in one AI step in the Zap editor. That means an agent can sit next to normal Zap steps, filters, and paths, and its runs show up in Zap History. You can require approval per tool instead of per agent, and you can pick a Standard, Advanced, or Premium model tier or name a specific model. AI steps bill as tasks. Default models are free, other tiers cost 1, 3, or 5 tasks per step, and a run that goes past 75 tasks pauses for a human. Existing Zapier Agents users will see a migration banner on eligible agents.
