Each platform has a free option. Make gives 1,000 credits/mo and Activepieces gives 1,000 credits/mo. Zapier gives 100 tasks/mo plus 400 agent activities. n8n is free if you self-host.
The flow is a trigger plus 4 actions (for example, new lead → enrich → AI summary → CRM → Slack), run 1,000 times a month. AI steps aren't priced at a premium here. On every platform, AI usage adds cost.
